1.This clear, full automatic and hi-speed machine is designed for the longer shelf life liquid and paste, the FFU on the top of the machine is to protect the package under the filtrated air.
2.The film is shined and sterilizing by the UV, the machine also has the CIP system to clear the emptying in the feeding tube.
3.The film outlay correction device to guarantee the product is filled in the closed environment .to make the shelf life long .
4.The film size can be changed in one machine within 240-360mm can to make the appearance beautiful .the surge tank and float switch controlled diaphragm valve to protect the viscosity coefficient .
5.This machine has the clear system, the volume and film size can be adjusted in wide range, can automatically finish the processes of pouch forming, filling, dosing, sealing and cutting, date printing, etc.
6.The machine has the advancements of simple structured, fast packaging speed, stable quality, long operating life, etc.
