1.Equipped with automatic format locking, positioning system achieves extremely straightforward format changeover

4. The universal feeder consists of two circular brushes and planetary agitators, which sweep the products into blister pockets. Format parts are not required.
5. The flat tablets, capsules, or oblongs are fed via tracks or tubes into the aluminum blisters.
6. An integrated product inspection system with a color camera can reject faulty blisters automatically.
7. The machine can achieve 180 minutes of uninterrupted production thanks to a forming material reel of up to 600mm in diameter and a waste material trimming cutter (optional).
