• Machine operation is controlled via a computerized operator interface of touch screen. Parameters are set through this interface. Touch screen is connected with PLC. PLC is programmer for storing many system data. It can offer many languages, English, Russia, Spanish and Portuguese etc. You can also create the password on the touch screen to avoid the non operating personnel change the datas..

 

• We use the servo motor control system instead of frequency motor. Compared with frequency motor, the servo motor can keep the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extend the service life more than 10 years. And by using this system, the machine operation becomes very easy.

 

• Traditional cutter is embedded on sealing rollers, the sealing and silting are at same time, blade will be blunt after 3 months. The cutter new design is individual from sealing roller. In our new design that cutter can be used at least to 3 years.

 

• Photocell fixes bag length by film label.
