GF-4 filling and sealing machine is suitable for the production of all kinds of yoghurt and other products. The whole machine adopts Japanese Oumulong programmable logic controller, pneumatic control element, intelligent digital display temperature control system. Main functional structure of the equipment:
(1) Transmission and formwork traction system: a linear gap transmission system consisting of a motor, a reducer and a precision and steady indexing transmission device, And stainless steel traction transmission chain, positioning device, aluminum formwork, etc, The stepless governor can adjust the running speed of the equipment;
(2) Cup drop system: made up of stainless steel cup holder, pneumatic control valve, push cup pressure, To ensure that the cup is foolproof;
(3) Cap suction system: consists of a film supply component and a suction nozzle component. The membrane-supplying parts mainly include the film placement device and control device, sucker parts. Mainly includes the film frame, the cylinder, the steering valve composition;
(4) Sealing system: including heating thermostatic control components, Temperature sensor, Sealing device, Heat sealing plate and head, Pneumatic seal motion actuator, The equipment is equipped with two-channel heat seal system;
(5) Two sealing systems: ensure that sealing can reach 99.99%;
(6) Vertical cup system (optional): it is composed of top cup mechanism, cup rack mechanism, etc;
(7) Electrical control system: consists of control circuit, power supply circuit, electrical protection, safety emergency stop device, etc. OMRON PLC programmable control system, Japan and Power Switch;
(8) Pneumatic system: it is composed of cylinder, electric control reversing valve and gas protection;
(9) Equipment material: the equipment frame adopts 304 stainless steel material and high quality aluminum material structure, Seal aluminum alloy material.
